Holding space.

Hi, I'm Mercy.

I'm here to hold space, walk beside you, and share a truth I wish someone had told me sooner: wherever you are right now, clear or cloudy, grounded or floating, is okay. It's the tender space of simply being. And you're allowed to rest there.

I've known what it feels like to search for love and wholenss outside myself. To try harder. To strive. To believe that if I could just get it right, I'd finally feel enough.

Spoiler: I never did. But somewhere along the way, through quiet mornings, tearful unravelings, and a thousand small returns, I began to learn what I now know to be true: The love, the wholeness and the worthiness I was searching for was never lost. It was just waiting for me to come home, to remember.

I created this space for the part of you that is ready to come home. Not to be changed. Not to be improved. Just welcomed, as you are, exactly where you are.

This is about remembering. Returning. Resting in the wholeness that's been there all along.

My promise to you is this: I won't ask you to be anyone other than who you are right now. I won't offer quick fixes or pretend there's a finish line. Because the goal was never to arrive, it was simply to remember you were already here.

What I will offer is a gentle hand on your back as you come home. Practices that meet you where you are. And a quiet space where all of you is welcome.

I'm not here to preach from a mountaintop. I'm here to sit beside you in the full, tender experience of being human.

What I offer comes from: my own lived experience of returning, again and again, to myself. Years of study in mindfulness, self-love practices, and holistic wellness. And a deep belief that our worthiness was never up for question, you arrived with it, on your very first breath.

I don't hold answers. I hold space. I'm someone who has stumbled, sat with uncertainty, and kept showing up anyway. If that's useful to you, I'd be glad to be here alongside you.

Whether you're just beginning to ask the big questions or you've been on this path for years, you belong here.

This is a space for the multidimensional you: the one who believes and doubts, who rises and falls, who returns again and again. The one who is, in every moment, perfectly and completely human.
